Will you accept my insurance?

At this time we do not work directly with any insurance companies. Movement Horizons is a pay for service/cashed based practice. This allows us to provide personalized services and the dedicated attention that our clients deserve. We are an out-of-network provider. Upon request you can receive an itemized invoice to submit independently to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are accepted by CC . Your card payment will be processed through secure system- Stripe and posted at early morning of the following day. All ongoing sessions will be set up as an auto pay, and charged after each appointment.

Are group therapy sessions available?

Accepted Answer

Most therapy sessions are one-on-one.  Occasionally, if it is determined that a child would benefit from a social opportunity, group therapy sessions may be organized. Such cases are handled individually.

Can I attend my child's sessions?

Absolutely YES.  In fact, the parent or caregiver is required to be present during the therapy session.

1.Reach out to our office to schedule a FREE 15 min initial consult We will listen to your concerns, share about our services and decide how our services can be most beneficial to your child.

2. Schedule a follow up. (Intake forms are sent via e-mail prior to any follow up sessions can take place)
We may begin with a coaching/consultation session, or jump right into direct services.
